Unable to find license key
Just purchased a license for DSM and Template Manager.
I got order confirmation 172 in response. Couldn“t find the license key. Will I get another email with it?

Licensing Key Errors
If you have entered a license key that is invalid you will get an error message that says "An invalid key was entered. Please check carefully and try again". If you get this error message, it is likely that you have mis-typed the key. The license key is case sensitive. You may have transposed digits, etc.
You must be connected to the Internet with relatively unrestricted access while licensing. If your computer was unable to connect to our Internet license key verification process you will get a message that says "Unable to connect to through the Internet. A security program - like a personal or corporate firewall - may be preventing access." If you get this message, you will need to arrange for less restricted access to the Internet while licensing.
Software On Sailboats and The Sales Nation have different login/passwords
For a number of resons - both technical and security - Software On Sailboats website and The Sales Nation have different databases of logins and passwords.
You are right. It is awful. If it is any comfort, you can enter the same login/password on both websites. You will just have to create accounts on both sites, each account with the same login and password.
