Desktop Sales Manager for Office/Outlook

Wrong Date in Dashboard on list view

When I change the Order Date on some of my opportunities it does not take. Ihave deleted the opportunity and re-entered them only to have it happen again on a different opportunity. The date in the entry window is correct but there is a different date in the list view.
Please help as I manage my business contacts and pipeline with your software. I now can not be sure of the data even if I know it was entered correctly.
Thank you

Outlook Calendar Uploading from Sales Manager but not downloading

I can enter appointments in Desktop Sales Manager, and they will show up on my Outlook Calendar (We use an enterprise server). Desktop Manager is not downloading my existing calendar to the calendar function in Desktop Manager. Initially the appointments will show up in Desktop Manager if I input them from the program, but if I shut the program and restart it, the calendar is empty. Outlook Calendar will still show the appointment.

Any suggestions?

License Key will not activate

I had to reinstall the software due to errors. I am entering my license key, but keep on getting the message that the license cannot be activiated due to a company or personal firewall. I have not made any changes to the computer, and had the program running before.

Please help!

Error linking to Outlook

During the testing phase, I did not have any problems with the software linking to Outlook calendar. After purchase, the software will start up with the following error. Please help!:

DSM Looses License Key

DSM 6.7.2.2 occasionally looses the license key. Nothing of note has happened on the computer, but I have to re-enter the key (a pain) and then I have to re-select the appropriate categories and personalizations (bigger pain). This happens every 4-6 weeks. Any way to stop this? Any way to easily restore the categories / personalizations? Tim Sullins
