A user asks "I am moving to a new laptop. How do I get up and running on the new machine?"

Just download from the website and install on the new laptop. Use the license key from the old system - probably in one of your email folders? The pipeline/data fields often end up in the My Documents folder or on the Desktop - they have the file extension .xml.
Also, if you are using a custom template, copy it over (.sos file extension).

Note that the software is licensed PER USER, not per computer, so using the software on several of your computers at once is valid and not a bad strategy during a transition....
