Desktop Sales Manager v6.7.2.2 is now available. Upgrades are free, and existing sales pipelines and templates are not affected.
Support for sales teams through the Sales Data Center has been restored as well as some minor changes in handling Outlook calendars and appointments.
Great Product
DSM is a great product. My life is so much better because of it. Thank you.
One suggestion I'd like to make is a simple entry for followup dates to the outlook calendar. Right now I actually go into the outlook calender to set followup dates. The process of setting up a follow-up on a prospect in DSM takes too many lines in my journal entry. I'd like to see a one line addition to the journal entry in DSM (if possible).
