I'm going on some sales calls and I need a printed report for taking notes...
From a client: As a health insurance agent, I need to be able to print-out a page similar to what we see on the screen when we open an opportunity including also the journal entries.
When I go an an oppointment I need to take this page with me, or if I'm away and dont' have a computer I might print a few different clients and do some hand written notes on the pages until I have time to get back to the office.
Is there any way to print such a page. I use the "What is the Jounral activity on my deals" report for now but it would be so much nicer to be able to highlight select opportunities or even use filter to select those opportunities I want and then print each on a seperate piece of paper. I'm trying to combine both a manual system and a computer system to get the best of both worlds as the computer is not always available to do my work.
Any solutions or suggestions which I may have missed?
The "take it to the field" report is the Deal Sheets report - it even makes sure there is room for your hand written field notes...try selecting the opportunities of interest and then clicking Opportunities (tab) and Show Selected. This is a fast/easy way to just show deals of interest in the rows/columns area...
Then click Reports (tab) --> Deals --> What Are My Deal Sheets. The report will contain the deals listed in the rows/columns area, and is perfect for taking notes.
