Modifiying field/column labels

From a trial user: I have downloaded and evalulated Desktop Sales Manager, and, so far, I'm pleased with what it has to offer.

One feature I did not notice was the ability to customize the column headings in the sales pipelines. Is there any way to do this? Can it be done with the Template Manager? Otherwise, I'm limited to the predefined column headings. They do not quite fit the type of business we do, and I hope to be able to customize the column headings. Please advise. Thanks.

Template Manager creates templates (who knew?) for Desktop Sales Manager and Pocket Sales Manager that adapt the headings, types of fields, drop down lists, etc. There are several templates included with the software (Real Estate, B2B, B2C, IT Consulting) that can give you an idea of how the fields can be adapted.

Of course - on a different matter - you can change the order and columns that appear in the list area using TOOLS (tab) --> OPTIONS...
