.NET Framework v2.0

Question from a user: I have .Net 2 installed on my pc with Windows XP. I am trying to install Desktop Sales Manager and it keeps asking for .Net even though it is installed.

We are compiled for Microsoft's .NET Framework v1.1. You can download and install the v1.1 Framework (link below) alongside your existing v2.0 Framework. It seems astounding that v2.0 does not support v1.1 applications, but it is what it is. There are quite a number of v1.1 applications like ours, so it is not a bad idea to have both. You can un-install the v1.1 Framework through your control panel's add/remove programs should you not need it on your computer.

How to tell which version of .NET Framework is on your computer? Click here and choose Save and then Run for a utility program that will tell you which versions of the .NET Framework you have installed and are required for Desktop Sales Manager.

We will upgrade Desktop Sales Manager to use the v2.0 .NET Framework as the v2.0 Framework becomes more widely distributed.
