I can enter appointments in Desktop Sales Manager, and they will show up on my Outlook Calendar (We use an enterprise server). Desktop Manager is not downloading my existing calendar to the calendar function in Desktop Manager. Initially the appointments will show up in Desktop Manager if I input them from the program, but if I shut the program and restart it, the calendar is empty. Outlook Calendar will still show the appointment. Any suggestions?
