I had to reinstall the software due to errors. I am entering my license key, but keep on getting the message that the license cannot be activiated due to a company or personal firewall. I have not made any changes to the computer, and had the program running before.

The registration process requires relatively unrestricted access to the Internet. While your computer may not have changed, your Internet access may have changed. A proxy server, fire wall, or some other form of enhanced protection is limiting your access.
Some users have resolved this matter by temporarily removing or disabling the Internet security measures. Others have used an alternate means of accessing the Interent - a dial up connection, etc.
